OC Profile: Pisces Rischa

Name: Rischa
Age: 26 by the time she takes Lugonis as her apprentice
Race / Nationality: Oriental / Syrian
Rank: Pisces Gold Saint
Hair: dark brown, shoulder length
Eyes: brown
Skin: olive

Biography:
At a very young age, Rischa was sold as a slave by her parents and bought by an elite from Ottoman Empire to become one of his many servants. She was, however, smarter than children her age and managed to stage her escape. During this she learned that she was brought to Greece which, back then, was under the Empire's rule. She attempted to return to her homeland but, being a powerless, outlander child who knew little about the world and the society of the country she currently in, she failed.

When she was about to fall into the depth of despair, she encountered that period's Pisces Gold Saint. The man sensed her slowly awakening Cosmo and talent as a fighter, thus he took her under his wings with the intention of passing his title and skill to her. At first, Rischa was very reluctant to be brought to the Sanctuary, but the man made her realize that there won't be much for her to do even if he can take her back to Syria, as her parents probably wouldn't want her back or even if they do, they will sell her again. Also, after a year of so training in the Sanctuary, she learned that that kind of life wasn't so bad. At least she won't have to put up with laundries.

During her apprenticeship, not only she awoken to the talent of controlling Cosmo and utilizing Pisces-style offensive techniques in battle, but also the ability to communicate with nature, which basically consists of the ability to hear nature's "voice" and speaking heart-to-heart with them. She mastered this ability when she was half-way in completing the Crimson Bond ritual with her master, where her sight was taken away from her in the process of her body trying to contain the poison in her blood. Her poison overwhelmed the one in her master's body and she succeeded him the moment he died in her embrace.

Since she was bestowed upon the right to wear the Pisces Cloth and referred to herself as the Pisces Saint, Rischa had her hands full with the responsibility of going on missions for the Sanctuary and sometimes helped training the yet-to-receive-Cloths trainees. Her blindness didn't hinder her from accomplishing both tasks magnificently, as she had learned to see with the help of Cosmo. Her bond with nature also helped her to some degree.

Among the trainees that she supervised, she favored Ilias the most. Despite how late he was in terms of average age of joining the Sanctuary, the boy was a prodigy - a fact admitted by everyone in the Sanctuary without exception. He was strong and wiser than boys his age, charismatic and a natural born leader. It didn't take long for rumors to spread, that regardless of the short amount of time that had passed since he joined the rank, he will soon be given the right to don one of the masterless Gold Cloths.

But, no, that wasn't the reason she liked the secretly rambunctious man. She liked him for he, too, had the ability to understand nature, just like her. It was like having a new family member, a little brother. She was always the one to find him if he decided to skip training to enjoy the wind and the warm sun on a field somewhere close to the Sanctuary. He also found her nice, liking her presence around him, and respected how she continued the path of Sainthood despite her robbed sight and knowing that she won't be able to do much romance, which he thought was all there is in any woman's head.

One of her missions had her go to Healer's Island to seek help from the clan of physicians living there, as there was a small epidemic going around. She not only got them to concoct the antidotes and check the conditions of infected people, but also met Lugonis. His mother revealed that the boy had strange vitality, which turned out to be an ability of withstanding many common poisons. Thinking that she had found a successor, she asked him to become her apprentice, though not forcing him to make the decision as she can understand if he feared the rigorous training that he will face should he accept the invitation. In the end, Lugonis only accepted it because his family urged him - serving Goddess Athena was the greatest honor a man can achieve, they thought - and Rischa promised him that he can resign if it proved to be too much for him.

Personality:
Despite lacking the memory of getting enough amount of a mother's love and thus doesn't have any woman to become her feminine role model, Rischa is very motherly. She is kind, affectionate, and selfless when it comes to dealing with people younger than her. She doesn't get to act like a mother hen too often, however, as she is busy with her duties and people fears her poisonous blood, so many chooses to keep their distance from her, and she respects their decision. Only a few people, like Sage and Ilias, care less about her harmful body and returns all kindness she gave them, which she appreciates.

She sympathizes easily, thus the reason of her allowing Lugonis to stop learning to become a Saint under her tutelage whenever he wishes, for the boy still had a family to return to and different choices for future jobs.

Rischa is an idealist, which leads her to be a perfectionist and strict, especially when it comes to Saint-related things. She is the type that follows her own idea of rightness, though she can be easily convinced to do otherwise if the person telling her to has solid reasonings.

In fear of making people worried about her, Rischa keeps her problems to herself and tries to deal with them alone. Though, again, she can be easily convinced to spill them out if the other person's arguments and persuasion ability is good enough. When she does consult to others about the troubles she faced, she doesn't want to listen to critics regarding her poor actions on dealing with it, because she will then accusses of the other person as a stuck up, obnoxious smartass.

She loves being alone, though doesn't mind others presence if it's just one or two and they have to be liked by her enough. On days where she had nothing to do or no one to talk to, she reminisced of her past or trivial common things that normally she had no time to mull over. She likes jokes and has a fair sense of humor.

Techniques:
- Royal Demon Rose
- Piranian Rose
- Bloody Rose
- Red Mist: not to be confused with the starting stage of Crimson Thorn, an attack created by her disciple Lugonis and inherited by Albafica, this technique is actually pollens released by her red roses, used to hide her presence by messing with senses of perceptive
- Cosmo Blast: a laser-like attack, where Rischa releases her cosmo through the palm of her hand
