This is the congratulatory song that the Queen of Bird Kingdom, Kalavinka (real name: Bennu), sings at the masquerade ball held to commemorate the Black Rabbit Kingdom's King, Hajime's 15th year of reign.

The melody and some of the lyrics came from Rabbits Kingdom's main theme song, so it's highly possible that this is also composed by John.
